A rectangular stainless steel lifting ring for floor boards and compartments which has a robust, flush, spring loaded lifting ring that lies within the lifting ring base when not in use but is easily picked up, and when fitted to a floor board with the four counter sunk fixing holes, it can be used to easily lift floor sections for access.
